Well, Casillas / Cech / Buffon are technically by far the best at the start, but they're all late twenties and nigh on impossible to buy.
Ustari and Akinfeev are my personal favourites from the chasing pack, with notable mentions to Frey, Ochoa, Lloris, Costil, Enyeama.
The last 3 of those are the most affordable of the lot, with PA's of about 170. Enyeama and Costil go for around £1.5m at the start, but for everyone is £10m and upwards, way upwards.
It seems to be the position no-one can decide on.
