As the title says, I'm Man City at the start of season 3.

After some great investments and good sales, I have 134M to spend and 700K under the wage budget. I haven't cheated in any way, and I don't even use FMM anymore to check PAs of players.

I came 2nd in the league and won the FA Cup in both seasons, got to the QF of the CL last season, but I want to do better this season.

So here's my team:

I'm planning to sell:
1) Isaksson, and have Costil as backup.
2) Akram
3) Bianchi, and buy a replacement

I think I'm in serious need of a back-up LB.

So who should I sell and who should I buy?
Also, I need an ass. man if anyone has any reccomendations.

And also, i'd suggest Guilherme as a left-back. No offence to Taiwo, but Guilherme is absolutely brill.

other than that, your squad is perfectly capable of winning the EPL. I'm actually bemused how you came in 2nd.

If you can, get someone better on the right too. Gyan doesn't cut it for me.

Hmm, well Lucas and Alves arrived in January last season and Ustari just arrived this season. Man Utd are just murdering every team they come across.

Who can I replace this guy with? :o Gyan's been my 3rd best player in both seasons, behind Briand and Fernandez.

well, you could do better actually. Ricardo Quaresma? I know Gyan is good, and if he works for you, by all means keep him. It's just that if you want a winning team, you cannot settle for second best. Be ruthless. Sir Alex sold Nistelrooy, and voila, they won. He's been chopping and selling his 'kids' which won in 1996, and they're looking better than ever. Sometimes, to win, there's no room for emotions.

Ok, cliche part over. You need to save your tactic as a file, then host it using fileupload or something. Don't use Rapidshare!

Valencia bought Quaresma for £27M recently. I didn't have him on my shortlist, never bought him before. So I doubt I'll be able to get him for another season.

Is there anyone else? And who should I sell on subs bench, and who should I buy?

Heh yeah it'll be perfect for you then. Though it's not very good for away games. Try be more defensive for tough and away games.

He was unsettled from the start of the game but I was poor at the start and he wasn't interested in coming anyway.

No-one bought him, and half-way through season 2, I scouted him and it said he was interested in coming.

So I paid 33M
