Beg for Bojan back? He should easily be one of the best by now. Maybe Saivet? 5 years in, if he's been trained well then he's going to be a monster. Vela is top-quality, and he starts to become top-flight quality around season three. By 2011 he'll be one of the best in the game and still not quite in his prime, so you'd get a great striker with quite a few years to go.

Honestly you're far in enough that the best suggestion I can think of is get some excellent scouts and scour Eastern Europe, central and south America, and maybe Scandanavia. Check out the youth teams of the usual suspects in mainland Europe aswell, perhaps they have a gem or two.
