My assistant keeps telling me the team lacks cohesion. And that after playing nearly a whole season together. What am I missing?

Maybe your players have conflicting personalities?

That reminds me, I need to bring together a team of Jovial players one day.

Lack of cohesion tends to be:

- Too many new players brought in
- Conflicting personalities
- Too much rotation
- Wrong captain
- Low to very low morale
