For four seasons in row I have the same problems with my Liverpool career. I always start the season very strong until January when my dominant squad begins to struggle in almost every game. I was on a 27 matches unbeaten run, best scoring record but then my players start to behave like morons. In January I conceded as many league goals as in entire season till December and my offense doesn't produce many chances. I know that AI re-ranks the teams, but I think it's a bit too extreme here. I've won league title every season, so it should treat me as a number one team at the start of the season.

It's not down to tactics if my full back throws a ball to the opponent striker which goes alone for a goal, my goalkeaper can't play a pass towards my defenders or if my strikers start cometing who is gonna strike the ball straight at the goalkeaper when they are alone. Or do you perhaps have any tactic tips for that?

Don't assume its "re-ranking". There are other factors at work that explain a mid-season slump in form, and they're all under your control:
I've read those, but none of these problems apply to me. My squad is fit, I rotate, morale is good. It's just that my players start making stupid mistakes as mentioned in my post above. And I'm also checking weather conditions. I've never experienced such drops in form every season in previous FM's.
