At the moment there is a major flaw with the board expecting to much in some competitions and then unfairly sacking managers.
My idea is when you choose your league expectation there should be a drop down menu for each major competition so you can tell the board if you plan to try and win it or whether you intend to use it for your youngsters experience. Then the board can be a bit more lenient.
If the chairman has a high ambition attribute then he may choose not to listen to your answer and demand you win.
Anyone else with any other thoughts for improving this?
