I'm finding that a lot of my N. Irish players are getting full caps, even though they do not warrant it ... you may say, "thats up to the N. Irish manager" .. and you would be correct, but in my very humble opinion, my 16 year old DM who's never played a game for me and is in my U-18's squad, does not deserve a cap ahead of Portadowns CM, who is by far a better player.
Anyone esle experiencing the young players getting full caps?
Currently, I have 14 players in my U-18's squad, and they have amassed 18 Caps between them. It's ludicrous.
