How many Kenya players did you look at in game? 10? 20?
I think you should try load all players from there and really look at them in depth, it might just be your sampling error (biased sampling).

If the pool of players they have is too small, then you still need to keep watching any new regens as well. I think you are making correlation out of your own assumption.

i feel that the regens are not good enough, especially in your own country, the best regens made are nomally players that you havent loaded the leagues up in
