I'm about 10 games in to my season, only to realise I haven't set my profile picture...Can I change this during the game or does it have to be at the start of a new game only?
You dont have to start a new game, just add a new manager and then choose a profile picture, i doubt that after only 10 games you're going to lose major progress with the manager you currently are.

Scroll down, theres a part where Duccio explains how to use the faces as your profile pic after you have started a game. Just use the same technique for on picture you want.
