I am currently managing in England and I have no assistant manager. Like usual, when I need to hire an assistant manager, I go to the jobs section and place an advert. For some reason, I cant do this with England. I go to the jobs section, click on place an advert but where it says assistant manager, its not highlighter. Does anyone know why this is?

Just do a search for Assisstant Managers, and offer one the job.

I went for Tony Carr (director of West Ham's youth academy) on mine because I knew from real life he was class and his stats on the game were good enough to be an assistant (in my opinion) and he accepted.

I got Harry Redknap in on my game, he'd just been given the boot from his last club!

I've found that getting a world class assistant manager with a motivating of 20 gives you a massive upturn in results with international management, so it appears to be worth finding a good one.

You can actually get any head coaches that are jobless as your ass man. They tend to accept it, especially if they are English (for England).

i got john carver because no one else seemed to be intrested i ask about 15 people all rejected lol and he was choice number 16 lol not doing to bad tho
