I'll give it a try:
First download Artmoney from
here The Tables here
Install Artmoney, (default Directory: c

program Files\Artmoney)
Extract the FM_2006_Values.zip (Using Winrar/Winzip or other utilities that work)
Easiest is to extract these files to c

program files\artmoney\tables\
step 1
Select The process (scrolldown bar thing in the middle of the window: select Football Manager 2006
2. Go to your teams finance screen, se the excact number of your balance: eg: 247983
3. Then search for the number, by pressing search in the Artmoney prog.
You then get loads of values on the left side. All you focus on is the Integer 4 bytes.
4 Load the table, press the "Load" button on the bottom line of Artmoney. Then select the FM Club Finance table.
5. mark the "Cash" on the right side. then click on the left side: and press ALT + A and the values on the right side will change, do the same on the 4 bytes, note only 4 bytes on the left, until you stumble over one with a transfer budget that matches your own, and then you can see the wage budget should be the same aswell..
last step, type in your new values...
And thanks to neevesc for making the tables.
hope i got it all right =)
