I'm pretty far into a game with Palermo and my board keeps rejecting all offers to expand the stadium even though we are at max attendance nearly every game and having to support the team through selling some players each year to stay out of the red.

Frustrated I looked in the editor to see what the expansion capacity was at and saw it was set to 0 capacity and 0 used. So I'm guessing it randomizes when a game is started?

What exactly does it look at to choose what to set it to? Club reputation? Feel like my current game with Palermo is a complete bust until a save game editor is made.

If the expansion value is set to 0, then it means that no further expansion is possible.

So since Palermo's is set to 0 when a game is started it doesn't randomize it like it would a players ability levels if they were set to 0?

The english teams seem to all have capacity set but many italian and spanish teams seem to have it set to 0...is this just lack of research for these leagues or are they saying there really is 0 room for expansion for many of these stadiums yet nearly all english stadiums have room for expansion?

Without the ability to move to a new stadium this would seem a big problem years down the road for those who play that long.

No. As far as I know, 0 isn't a random value for this.

I guess more research has been done on English stadia compared to other countries.

It's probably a mystipping since most stadias have "default" values at least.
U should report it to the italian researcher to let him fix it in the DB.
