Is there some way I can edit so that good players come out of my country ..

Our football team is crap in irl and the game truly reflects this..

Is there a way I can edit so that the average player quality fo my country or any country becomes good??

Or atleast once in a while my country produces a Championship level player atleast?? (regens)

How does the game do this??Is it coded in the game??

Any help will be much appreciated..Thanks..

Select the league of that country? (if it's in FM)

Dunno about FM06, but back in CM4 there were some regens with decent potential (110-140) after I selected the Singaporean league (there are none with that potential in the original db). Should be the same I think, since the regen system is similar

put youth academy and youth setup at 20 for all the teams of the country you want to do this...

then,the regenerated players will have high potential

Then how come good players and regens come out of clubs which dont have even good trainig facilites or youth academy??

don't know if its still the same on 06 but in 04 when editing a country, there was a bit for 'league standard' or something like that. Possibly changing that would improve the regen players.
