Default FM Scout 3.30b5 Problem
After having to reinstall FM in order for my saved games to actually load at all, it now appears that any game that i create now can't be opened in FM Scout. All of my previous games can be opened but when i try and open a newly created game i get an Access Violation error (see below).

Make sure that the version of Scout you are downloading is compatiblw with the version of the game you have ie which patch.
