Hello all

I am a very inexperienced editor, so I may be missing something obvious, but is there a way to prevent teams from making transfers?

Obviously the transfer window provides a partial block, but I was hoping to be able to set-up a league that stops any transfers (In or Out) from all clubs at all times of the year.

All advice/input appreciated.
