Please, can someone act as my lifeguard and save me from drowning into FM's bermuada triangle.

Playing as Doncaster in league 1, I thought I had assembled a good squad fitting nicely to my tactic and a tactic that seemed great in theory.

I was playing a narrow 4-4-2 diamond.

My defence and defensive midfielder where set up as in Rashidi's RY Wolverine tactic. My MC's both had mentalitys of 12, creative of 13,closing Down of 15. My AMC had a mentality of 14, creative of 15 and closing down of 4. My Fc running wide had a mentality of 14. creative of 16 and closing down of 20 and my target man Sutton a mentality of 16, creative of 4 and closing down of 4.

My team instructions:

M=12
P=8
T=8

Use target man!

There must be a gaping error in this tactic surely! But where!

Well, you've not said what you need help with exactly. You've not said whats wrong with the current set up etc. How do you expect us to know whats wrong if you don't say?

The Wolverine tactic from which you claim to take your defensive settings does not have a DM??

Obviously you're playing with a diamond with a DM at the back..but people need more infor..for example you could play with a DM and have a DLine of 6 and a DLine of 10..they both will have different effects.

Furthermore your MCs are both given high CF and high closing down..logically speaking it looks like they are both doing the same thing.

Just reading what you've said it looks like to me like you're leaking goals from not being able to prevent the AI from playing its passing game in the middle....

Why don't you do this:

1. Give us much detail as possible..everything...include FWR, do you use farrows or barrows?

2. How are your team instructions set uo?

3. How are you conceding your goals.
