What are the following stats for? My native language is not English and I don't understand what they mean. Someone please help. Where can I get a guide that describe every stats is simple language?

Technique is basically 'how' a player plays. Do they make up their own style? Do they follow the text books? Do they look natural when playing?
Off the ball is what players do while they are not directly involved in play. For example do they just stand there waiting or do they put themselves into good positions and help set up plays, and the like.
Flair - does the player like his tricks? Does he play exciting football?
Hold up ball - denotes how long the player will hold onto the ball and wait for other players to take up receiving positions.
technique=important for midfielders,especially for free kicks
off the ball=the movement of the player in the field(important for all)
flair=surprising passes(important for playmakers or att md)
hold up ball=important for md(especially DM to controll the tempo of a game)
