hey, can anyone tell me whats better, to give players individual instructions i.e. defenders mentality being defensive or to keep it as team instructions

for me irl i think its best that it would be to keep it team, so everyone is on the same page!

i think individual instructions are very important.It dipends from the players you have.For example if you play with 4defenders:you cant have your CDs to have ultra attacking mentality,to forward run often.I think you can understand that.You MUST know your players and when you decide WHICH is the opponent,give them the appropriate advices to get the result.
