I am struggling with my first game, being manager of Reading.

I play fairly well, and am normally playing evenly with most opposition, judging by match stats and commentaries.

However. I only have one point in 8 first games. And in 7 of those games I have lost due to a opposition goal during the last 15 minuts, most often between the 75th and the 80th minute.

My players do not seem to be less fit at that point of the match compared to opposition.

What to do?

How is the concentration stat on your goal keeper or cente backs?

If it is low it could be to blame.

otherwise, is the opposition changing tactics and your not adjusting yours to suit? keep an eye on the formations screen just in case.

Finallly, give your tactics a little tweek at half time just to keep the opposition on their toes.
