whats the best way to go about presason training, would it be best to keep them all in the same training schedules as during the season or have another schedule, where i just build on there strength and stamina for a while, as in league 1 its so easy to notice if a player is getting worse(well the red arrows tell me anyway)!!Thanks..

I stick to the same ones year-round. Works well for me.

I've gone for a light General training for my pre-season and let my AsMan take control of friendlies this time around because I wanted to concentrate on transfers - nothing is more annoying than waiting for an answer to a transfer query than having to play a friendly in between!
