2.PRE-SEASON TRAINING:FRIENDLIES
2 weeks before the first game of the season i use (one group as the pre season)
tactics-intensive
ball control-intensive
set pieces intensive
strength-aerobic-light
others to none
workload medium
i play 3 friendlies
any suggestions?
