Here is a question for you guys.

I see a lot of people testing there tactics by going on holiday for a season and returning to see how things have done.

I download the tactis and try them but you never know unless you look at genie scout who your best players are. If I go on hols they do well but when i pick the team they get good results most of the time and play well but drop points in silly games.

So bearing that in mind I want to ask this.

Is getting your assistant manager to pick teams and do team talks the same as going on holiday? so you choose the formation and the assistant does the rest. you can make minor tweaks to tactis and unfit players as he always picks players over 90% so he could put an unfit team out.

No its not the same. You and the assitant will do different tweaks during a game
