Is there a way of making your strikers Square the ball for the easy tap in?

I was just wondering if anyone knew a way of making sure that your strikers were unselfish and squared the ball to the other striker for the easy tap in?

I know they can do it because i have seen it happen!
i'm just wondering if anyone knows if there is a way to make it a frequent event!?

I suspect that this is due to their "decisions " attribute which you cant really train for I dont think.

Decisions, Teamwork, and prayer? Low Teamwork is likely to make a player more selfish, but I don't know if high Teamwork would necessarily make him square the ball more often. He might decide to take the bad-angle shot anyways.

And Decisions is trained by Tactical Training.

High teamwork would make him less likely to shoot himself. But he'd also need good passing for the accuracy and good decisions to make the right choice.

It's no use having a squad full of star players without a decent way for them to play their football.
