ok i have just signed robinho for arsenal he is presently 27years old with 61 caps and 14 goals but they will not give me a permit and he will not go out on loan to any one. help

You seriously can't get a permit for him? That's amazing. Maybe, try setting his contract status higher.

Did you buy him from Real Madrid?
He should have Spanish citizenship by now surely?
anyhow, all you can do is either a) sell him or b) keep him incase someone gets him on loan.

Try offering him a new contract anyway, I sign Corluka all the time in england and he never gets a work permit. However if I offer him a new contract he signs and always gets the work permit. Its a bug but it should work for Robinho
