He seems like a bit of a mysterious character... after seeing him while manager of leicester, the only thing which stuck in my head was that he is a centre back from finland. then on another save when i'm managing celtic, he pops up again...

he's not there at the beginning of the game, and both times he's come through the youth setup at Mypa-47 in around 2009.

so i decide to sign him when he becomes available on a bosman, and you know what, he is pretty good, a very promising centre back/defensive midfielder, and his value rockets up after only a few games...

but my curiosity gets the better of me and i decide to type his name into google, and it seems other FM players have come across him. just wondering whether anyone here has noticed him about, and whether he is a real person or not. favoured club: newcastle, english is only a basic language of his despite his english name (finnish is his first language), and he usually has a pic as well (some blonde haired little kid). if so, he looks like a good prospect for the future...

he was a striker for me, i signed him at 18 years of age and sold him later on at 24, he was a "decent player" who scored a surprising amount of goals, was surplus to requirements though

On my current Man Utd game, he became a regen at Man Utd after couple of seasons. promising, but will never break the squad. Same picture & finish however plays attacking left. i think there is a few players who r quite often regens on ppls games - have same name, picture, nationality however play in different positions.

yep thats him... unfortunately when he was looking pretty good for me, many of his stats went down for some reason and months later still haven't recovered... i'll stick with him... i see what you mean about him being decent/promising, without usually fulfilling his potential

it would be amazing to think that the makers of fm even go as far as to put real-life 12 year old youngsters attached to youth academies on the game to come through after a few seasons, but that might be wishful thinking!
