I have played as west ham and again on this one the bondong and stuff isnt great anyone ideas on how i can improve this? I am gonna buy new players with similar personalities except i lose some big name players,oh of course it depends if i can sell them too!!!

If you keep buying and selling players, how do you expect them to bond? Give them time with each other, to play and understand each other. They dont need to love one another. Just need to put in the performances on the pitch. And they'll do that if you give them a chance to. A few changes are fine. But too many ins and outs generally affect the team adversely. Ofcourse, in the first season its fine. But not recommended after that.
