Scout reports say he will improve but nothing exceptional and if he is gonna improve then he should be good should'nt he as his stats are already good at 19 year old.

He looks allright but nothing more than that.
His jumping and heading are way to low, also stamina and natural fitness should be better.
His mental attributes rise over the years no problem.
