when praising a player how often should you do it when your trying to get them interested in coming to you?

I find that if you dont give a gap of 1 month before you praise them again, then tend to start disliking you. If they accept your praise the first time (start off with the lowest option I recommend) then next time you can go for the biggest one ("in awe of ability"). But give a gap of 1 month. If you do it 4-5 times, you'll be on their favoured personnel list. :thup:
