Hokai. My mouse wheel is knackered, when i roll it it doesn't scroll through the page of make a click sound, I can however click down the wheel and move the mouse.

So is there any way of fixing this or will I just have to buy a new mouse?

If so, anyone know where to get a cheap optical one.

you could probably just get a new mouse ball...if there is another computer in your house you could take the mouse ball out of that mouse and put it in your mouse

o damn it...thought you meant the thing on the bottom of your mouse which moves the arrow...i think there is a way to remove the mouse wheel to although i wouldn't advise to start ripping your mouse to pieces
