How many times you have to answer to those? It is nice add up for the first game after the trasfer but after few years and before every game it is just too much.

I find the whole media bit gets old very quickly. They are just the same questions over and over again. Still i just ignore the lot now.

Would be nice to add a feature to let the assistant manager deal with media questions. A bit like CQ does for Man Utd when its the BBC.

Yes media is crap.

Every game they ask the expact question - how do you facny your chances. Same responds too.

theres really a shocing lack of variation or unpredictability with the media stuff. It would be great to think that you could be in your third season and something would come up that you hadnt already seen before. Sadly this never happens and it gets boring fast. I was really hoping media amonst other things would be improved at least a little for 08 but it just wasnt touched, very dissapointing.

I went back and had a go at CM03-04 rcently and although there was next to no media interaction it didnt matter as it is so repetitive and ultimately pointless in 08. Moreover, i found that there was a greater sense of unpredictability in these older games, where you could have a player punch a ref and get banned for months for instance.

Surely it wouldnt have been too hard to add extra choices to the media questions for 08, or maybe some player interaction with the media...

I like the concept of the media interaction but I agree it needs to be livened up at little. I think I reply 'no comment' to at least 80% of the questions I'm asked because I'm too worried about the inevitable misquoting that follows and the effect this always seems to have on the squad. I suppose I might be more confident if I was safe in my job, but I'm usually up against it as it is at Southampton!

They could vary it depending on the type of media. After all, the post match press conference is a totally different environment from the 'just walked off the pitch and into the tunnel' TV interview. The type of questioning from a local reporter who knows the club inside out and has been around the club for longer than you will be different from a Garth Crooks.

I can confirm that I am still giscovering new media stuff after 45 seasons on FM05.

You do still get asked the same thing repeatedly though.
