My two full backs rated 2 & 3 in a recent league game.

I think everyone just has to get used to the new system and then it will be easier to distinguish which players are better.

My strikers tend to average around the upper part of 7 while the rest just over or under the seven mark.

One of my players got a 1 today

Central defender when we (Prescot Cables) lost to Cirencester 6-0 in a friendly. Looking at his stats for the match it seemed a bit harsh, didn't miss a tackle, didn't give away any penalties or anything too terrible.

We just played like poop

just becuase a 1 or 2 is hardly/never used doesn't mean it's not integral in a 1-10 rating structure.

but to get a score that low you would have to not only have done absolutely nothing but actually impeded your teams abilities to defend or attack. which is not going to happen really.

Yes, especially as players seem far more aware of when they have played badly and you fine/warn them.

am i the only one who hates to see a player get below 7...in the old days when it was possible to have a player averaging 8-9 across a season i used to sell anyone who averaged below 7, no matter what their reputation or circumstances...

i hate putting subs on towards the end of a game as their average rating will drop...

i need to get in the mindset of 6 been the average and above 7 is really quite good..!
