So me and my housemate are both using vista laptops to play football manager through a wireless router...but we have a problem

We can start a game and have each other on the same game, but after about one continue of the game, the one who isnt the server gets a message saying ''unable to connect''. This happens when we save then try to play it after the first time we played. We have started numerous games, and it does it EVERY time

anyone an expert, or some helpful hints would be great.
