just wondered if its been mentioned before...

i lost both full back for a match so played s.gerrard at right back and silva at left back...
then put in front of them walcott and fernandes and they ripped chelsea apart down both flanks..iv kept this up and its worked for about 14 games now..
more shocking my defence has improved by a mile.
any1 else found stuff like this?

I went through a phase of playing with three centre backs and very attacking wing backs, which got me through League 1. I expect Silva and Gerrard have high stamina and anticipation, too, so maybe that's why.

Do you have a good DMC as well?

Attack IS the best form of defence. They can't score against you when the ball is in their half.
