If this has been brought up before I apologize - I find it tough to use the search feature accurately on the forums.
Anyway - I just wanted to comment on the team talks, in particular the ability to tell players
"You have faith in their ability".
It's an individual team talk that is there at least 95% of the time for pre-match and half-time team talks, and it seems to have super human capabilities. My sample size is based on over 120 matches as Newcastle boss. Over that time period, with a variety of players, I have not seen
one player have a negative reaction to it. Instead, all you get is either "Nothing specific noted", or very positive reactions.

Has anyone else noticed this? Or am I missing something here? Because otherwise, saying that to my players each week basically feels like I'm cheating at the game, a feeling that I really hate. Again, apologies if this has already been discussed.
