Did you do poorly last season or something? If they are pleased with your performance you won't get the sack.

Additional info: I won the treble last season(Serie A, Champions League and Italian Cup). I am doing very well in every competition this season and we are currently the richest club in the world. I am playing with 8.01 patch(started a fresh game when it came out).

Again, this seems to be the most positive/most negative thing about the confidence feature. So it's not a problem.lot of the confidence 'bugs'. Certainly not them all, but a lot. You will not get fired for that.
