Default Sending youngsters on-loan abroad

Is there any benefit of sending young players on loan to non playable countries? I'm Everton and in 2013/14 season. I've got some promising youngsters and want them to go out on loan and one of my affiliates is Bari, if I send a few of them out on loan will this benefit them? I've got Kilmarnock and Sunderland as affiliates and already sent my full quota of loanees out to them but they are in playable countries therefore I know the players will be getting match practise etc. Basically should I send 4 youngster out to Bari or try and ship them out to a lower league side in the English divisions?

The only way I've found to have success with loaning any player out (whether to affiliate or not) is to make sure they go to a league that I have set as viewable or playable. If they go to any other league it doesn't seem to develop their reputation or skills.

So, if it isn't viewable or playable ..... forget it and just train them within your own club until they can be loaned out to a suitable club.

why dont you request a feeder club from the board and when they get back to you with some teams , there could be a belguim club on there , and if not then keep trying until you get one .
