| i'm pretty sure that isn't how it works at all. if it was, the game would be pretty much unplayable at a lot of clubs, because no matter how much you sold you'd only ever get a tiny proportion of the proceeds, even if your club was bulging with money

When the club starts to grow and generate money on its own, the restrictions on available % starts to fall until eventually, you have 80%+ available.

The problem is not only how much money I have back from a selling, but also the transfer budget at the beginning of the season..
