Does anybody know where I might be able to get a proper face pack for the Nottingham Forest squad?

I currently have pictures sized correctly for for 80% of the Forest squad in v 5.0.5.

However, not possesed of a copy of Photoshop - largely because I don't buy bootleg software and can't afford adobe's extortionate costs - and therefore all the images are in 24 bit.

The right size, but come up really weird in FM2005.

If there is anybody who can help me out rectifying this problem I would be most grateful.
