I transfered this guy to tottenham and obviously I wanted him to have high technical in the coaching stats but nothing I tried worked, so I came here looked around for ages and didn't find anything
then I started up a new game and searched for the coach with the best technical stat and just looked for him in the editor and copied his stats exactly. Now Ricardo Moniz has tech 20 so it worked and I thought I'd share
the stats in the editor were all 0 except for
home rep 190
world rep 180
current ability 190
potential ability 194
and coaching 19
I don't know if rep and ability need to be so high or if you need to change them or any of the other stats(to 0) but I had enough of waiting for the editor to load/save for today I'll find out next time I need to use the editor.

Although its sweet of you to tell us this, this is all pretty basic stuff in terms of editing, and in fact, all you did is copy another guys stats...

Sorry Dan, This is the first time I've used an editor for CM/FM and just assumed you would go into the editor find the person you wanted to edit, edit his technical coaching(or whatever) and that is what you'd get when you started a new game.
Would it be too basic for you to explain how to edit a coaches Technical attribute?
