You can do it in the editor.

EDTs are not magical files which can do everything the editor can I'm afraid.

There's only 227 nations in the game, some of which are already EEC members, shouldn't take more than a couple of minutes to tick all the boxes...

Alternatively download macromaker to do it for you, but to be honest by the time you've done that and recorded the macro, you could've manually done it yourself.

Macro maker is a utility which makes macros.

If you can't be bothered to look for the answer yourself, then don't ask people 'wtf'.
