Just wondering...
How come some player's atributes are 0?
Example: Perparim Hetemaj (you don't know him? Wait a couple of years...) has few stats at 14, 15 etc. and most stats at 0. Does this mean, that those that are 0, will change randomly to something else? And will they be different everytime I start a new game?

And how about the players, whose stats are all at o.

Random mate. Depending on Current Ability (CA) and potential Ability (PA) his attributes wil be differend every game. If CA and PA are set then I suppose the attributes will be roughly the same avarage every game
