Is there any way to edit the nationality of regens a club recieves?

For example San Marino and the NZ Knights both recieve regens of the clubs nationality rather then their league's nationality and I'm predicting the same for the welsh clubs in England.

Is it just a matter of making sure a club's city is set for a certain nationality? I've got a created club and I want them to have non-English youth players coming through the ranks.

just put a different club nationality for the club, I managed to make St.Albans mongolian once and i had mongolian regens

The "main" nation of all youth regens depend on where the stadium is.

E.g. If a club called X played in England, but the stadium was in New York (USA) then the youth players would be USA in nationality (as would the grey players)

Do the youth players come through with a local second nationality as well? If not wouldn't it leave you with too many foreign players if you set your club to be in a non-EU nation?
