ok ive edited a team to make them my own created all new players and everything and ive took pic from the regens harchester and a few lower league teams and i wana get the pics to work but i think i need a XML file for them to work so i was wondering how to make one or if anyone else could make one for me?? thanks

Make a copy of one of the original xml and edit it with a program called fmXML. I used it in FM 2005, but also works for this version. It's easy to understand how it works, even I did it!

which xml tho becos i didnt get one with this team has ive created them..its all random pics from all over the fm database..?
