I want to know because I want them to have better schedules as they seem to use crap schedules.

actually, no where is this file. I cannot find it anywhere, and I searched the whole of my computer.

It's in savegame file. You can't change it without some skills of hex-editing.

ah rite so anyway I could begin to change it, because originally I thought you meant it was located along with .pks files, got confused.
