I've been editing some korean squads to add my hattrick team and some others'.
The problem i found is when renaming the players. Korean players appear in the game with their surname before their name. When i edit, let's say, Ko Yo-Han and rename him Martin Bladhult, in the game he'll appear as Bladhult Martin.
It happens with most of the players in the team, though there are a few who have their names in the correct order. Can't tell why. I've tried everything i could think of to avoid this, but nothing worked.
Any ideas?

I've checked that all the korean players have a common name which is surname + first name. This is, someone called Hyung-Po Lee will appear in the game as Lee Hyung-Po (tactics screen, 2D pitch, squad list,... everything).
When i edit one of these players and give him a new name, all i do is changing name and surname and then i delete the common name. However, the new player will appear in the game with his name in the reverse order. For instance, he'd be Van Nistelrooy Rudy instead of Rudy Van Nistelrooy.
I guess it's some sort of bug, as ManUmad17 said .

Problem when customizing the korean league Post #5
in east asian countries, it is customary to write/say your surname before your given name. however, asians who emigrate to western countries decide to follow western rule of naming.
for example, the chinese leader Mao Zedong
Mao is his surname (family name)
Zedong is his given name.
so, regards to your query
the game is implemented so that players from nations with this type of naming tradition (family name first) will follow that rule. this inclues north and south korea, china, vietnam, and some others.
so, for lee young-pyo, his family name is lee and his given name is young-pyo, so it is absolutely correct for his name to be abbreviated as Y. Lee on the tactics screen.
