Is there any benefit in using different schedules on a per-position training setup which focus on the opposite areas?
Example:
Random AM RL schedule
Strength - Light
Aerobic - High
Goalkeeping - None
Tactics - High
Ball Control - Medium
Defending - Light
Attacking - Medium
Shooting - Medium
Set Pieces - Medium
then you switch things around to show
Strength - High
Aerobic - Light
Goalkeeping - none
Tactics - Medium
Ball Control - Ball Control
Defending - Light
Attacking - High
Shooting - Light
Set Pieces - Medium
Would this have the result of boosting/improving attributes which fell/levelled out in the first example which have "Light" sliders gone to "Medium" or "High" while the attributes relating to the sliders which have gone from "High" or "Medium" to lower?
What I'm trying to do is attain a "sweet spot" of attribute whioch aren't outstanding but are a high average across the board.
I guess it all depends on the speed at which attributes fall or increase on changing intensity.
I have read somewhere on this forum that if you rotate your training schedules once every two to three weeks your stats will continue to develop across the board. Not sure if you could be bothered with this (I know i probably wouldn't.) And besides it sounds like a bug to me (dont know if patch sorted it.)
