Default How to get the best out of Rooney?
I've had Rooney at Valencia and as England manager, both times in succesful sides but yet I am struggling to get the best out of him.

He always seems to average 6.9-7.1 without ever really excelling himself, he gets a maximum of 15 goals a season and only about 5 assists.

Has anyone come up with a way to get the best out of him?
