retired_strazzann Newb Join Date: Sep 2007 Posts: 0 Rep Power: 0	Youth Coaching I'm looking to appoint a youth coach to my club. I'm wondering if there is any adverse effect that anyone knows in appointing a normal coach as a youth coach or should I be appointing a coach that is specifically named as a youth coach?

JohnSWA Registered User Join Date: Apr 2007 Posts: 12 Rep Power: 0	I believe it is like with the coaches that are fitness coaches. They are more specialized on that type of work. As a general rule they should be better at it.
