For the past few seasons I am struggling because of one thing - lack of goals. I am now using the widely used in this forum 4-2-3-1 tactics and dominate most of the matches, have more possession of the ball but... I lack goals

Here are my first team strikers, which I don't believe to be weak for a Bulgarian team:

I made them run with the ball as they're good dribblers, I made Rodrigo even cross the ball as he has 19 in it, both try their luck from a distance often... I am totally out of ideas, please help

Marcelo only has 9 composure, so he is going to fluff a fair few chances, but he is young and will get better. Sub him in the second half as his concentration is also very low and he will make mistkes.

Rodrigo has great heading, try and use him as a target man with "target man supply set" to "head". His jumping isn't great, but he should win a few headers from strength.

Both are not that fast so running with the ball is going to give them defenders nibbling at their heels. Also their technique is a bit poo.

I might have a look at these two for my team as they have a lot of potential.

Finally, have a look around for an older striker with some good "target man" abilities such as "plays with back to goal" and get Rodrigo to learn form him. This old guy can fill in for Rodrigo when he is injured as well.
