I need help. I am into my 4th season with Man U and so far all I have managed to win is the FA Cup twice. Coming runner up in the league twice and 3rd once. My problem is that at home I win most games convincingly, often 5-0. But away from home I am absolutely terrible.
As an example of some of my results at home: beat Chelsea 4-1 (there only defeat so far), beat Göteburg and Dinamo 5-0 in CL, beat Inter Milan 3-0, beat Blackburn 5-0.
And now my away form: lost 1-0 against Reading, drew 1-1 with Wigan, beat Hull and Sheffield Utd 2-1 both with last second winners and lost 3-1 to West Ham.
My tactic is a standard 4-4-2 with my full backs getting forward. 1 defensive minded midfielder and 1 attacking. Very attacking wingers. 1 all out striker and 1 normal striker.
My normal first team is - Buffon, Micah Richards, Leighton Baines, Ferdinand, Vidic, Aaron Lennon, Ronaldo, Carrick, Diego, Trezeguet, Rooney. My subs bench includes - Manuel Fernandes, Vanden Borre, Tevez, Raul Garcia.
My team instructions are set to Attacking, short passing, slow tempo, wide, closing down often, defensive line push up and play offside.
I use Cristiano Ronaldo as Playmaker (and he gets 10s very often, avg. 8.5, 5 goals and 9 assists.)
Rooney is my main goal source with 16 from 19 games, and Trezeguet has 9 and Tevez 4.
So basically I need somebody to give me advice on what to do with my succesful Tactic when i play away games, because this is just unbelievable how bad it is.
Another note is that often when playing away and lose I still have 20 shots on goal with 55-60% possession. Maybe I am doing something wrong with team talks then?? I normally tell them to do it for the fans.
